Matsui HM Discharge White is perfect for higher (200t+) mesh counts, giving soft-hand bright white prints on 100% Cotton Garments.  Although there is a slight hand prior to first washing, it's largely not noticeable.  HM Discharge Base can be used to reduce white pigment load if needed.
