We burn your artwork onto a screen and ship it to you. You’ll use the screen to print your items yourself.
Conventional Screen Making requires the use of toxic chemicals for Emulsion removal, Ink Cleaner, De-hazer, Film Positives and Printer Ink. Arena Digital Screen Burning requires only one sheet of dry mesh and drastically reduces production time, labor, and utility costs.
Conventional screen burn resolution is limited by the transfer of image data to an exposed film negative. Arena Digital Screen burning uses requires no film negative and converts vector files into a burn print resolution of 1200dpi.
Conventional screen making uses 10.0g of a mix of toxic chemical treatments. Arena Digital Screen Burning is emulsion coated and require only 0.4g of the traditional treatments needed for image burns and reclaiming.
