Getting your artwork printed or embroidered on any of our products is easy.

- Make sure the print ready art files you upload are vector graphics (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PNG only).

- You can upload a separate image file for each location you want to decorate.

- Once we receive your order, we'll contact you with any questions or suggestions to ensure your custom printed or embroidered items are perfect before we run the job.

Shipment/Delivery Times


Custom Print and Embroidery orders are generally delivered within 10 business days. Customers who are concerned about meeting deadlines should contact a Service/Sales Representative. Rush orders are available for a 20% rush charge. Rush orders are generally delivered within one week. Delivery times may vary. All orders ship UPS Standard Ground unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email with tracking.


Returns Policy


If for any reason you are unhappy with your standard blank apparel purchase, we offer Free Returns for store credit within 7 days of the delivery's confirmation. If 7 days have passed since your order delivery date, we will be unable to offer a credit or exchange. Store credit or exchange only applies to items that show no sign of wear, damage, or modification.


Custom print and embroidery orders are not refundable or exchangeable. ArenaPrints.com goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, ArenaPrints.com accepts returns and will refund payment if and when customers are disappointed by ArenaPrints.com merchandise for one of the following reasons: (a) the blank items themselves are materially flawed; (b) the quality of the decorating (i.e., the printing or embroidery) is below a reasonable range of expectations; or (c) the design of the final product is materially different from the final design submitted by the customer.


Cancellation Policy


For Standard Delivery orders, you may change or cancel your order within twenty-four (24) hours of submitting your order. For Rush Delivery orders (any order requiring faster delivery than a Standard Delivery order), you may not change or cancel your order.
