Return Policy

Pre-Burned Screens

Proper use, cleaning and maintenance of your screen burn is the sole responsibility of you, the user, and Arena Prints will not be held responsible for any damage to screens due to inexperience or the use of inks and chemicals not sold on this website. 

If you have supplied the print ready art files and approved the Print Proofs with a verifiable email confirmation, your Pre-burned screens are replaceable or refundable only if:

1. The return request is made within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the screen unless stated otherwise

2. The screen is delivered torn or damage

3. Arena has received the returned screen 

Arena Prints will send you a return label by email and issue an RMA# for your order. Email to request the label and RMA#.

Replacement Screens:
Unless new artwork is supplied, replacement screens ship within 2 business days from the day we receive the request. All replacements will be shipped via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge.

Screen Returns & Refunds:
Refunds are given in the same form of the original payment used for purchase within 1 to 3 business days of receipt of the return package. Refunds will be processed only when we receive the damaged or canceled screens back to our Phoenix facility. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the return or exchange is a result of our error.

Apparel Blanks & Custom Merchandise

Custom print and embroidery orders are not refundable or exchangeable.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your standard blank apparel purchase, we offer Free Returns for store credit within 7 days of the delivery's confirmation. If 7 days have passed since your order delivery date, we will be unable to offer a credit or exchange. Store credit or exchange only applies to items that show no sign of wear, damage or modification.

Arena Prints goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, Arena Prints accepts returns and will refund payment if and when customers are disappointed by Arena Prints merchandise for one of the following reasons: (a) the blank items themselves are materially flawed; (b) the quality of the decorating (i.e., the printing or embroidery) is below a reasonable range of expectations; or (c) the design of the final product is materially different from the final design submitted by the customer.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


Arena Prints will send you a return label by email and issue an RMA# for your order. Email to request the label and RMA#. If your return includes the original packaging and tags (retail ready), your refund or exchange will be processed. If your return is not retail ready when received, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit or refund. The shipping costs you paid to receive the order are non-refundable.
