How It Works

Screen Preparation: We stretch and laminate our thermal mesh film to aluminum frames without the need for emulsion coating
Exposure & Burning: Using a digital thermal printer, we burn your design onto the screen directly from your vector artwork using heat, not light.
Screen Hardener: For vector graphic files, we add a thin, even layer of pink screen hardener to the image area that increases the life of your screen print screens.
Finishing & Disposal: After printing, simply cut the thermal mesh from the frame and run the cut-out through your oven. It will come out as tiny ball that you simply throw away. No washout booth or water needed.
