What to upload
Please upload the best version of your artwork available. For embroidery, vector files are preferred when possible, but we can also work from high-resolution image files.

Accepted file types:

- AI.
- EPS.
- PDF.
- PNG.
- PSD.
- SVG.

If you are unsure which file to send, upload the clearest version you have and add a note with any questions.

Artwork guidelines
To help us prepare your design for embroidery, please make sure your file is:

- Clear and high resolution.
- Free of blur or pixelation.
- Easy to read at the size you want embroidered.
- Saved with a transparent background when appropriate.
- Properly sized or accompanied by size notes.

For logos and clean line art, vector files usually give the best results. If your artwork needs digitizing, we can take care of that as part of the embroidery setup process.

Digitizing note
Embroidery artwork often needs to be digitized before it can be stitched. Digitizing converts your design into a file the embroidery machine can read. If your file is not already digitized, we’ll review it and let you know the next step.
