Arena Prints makes ordering custom apparel easy!

Every apparel item on our site can be customized with embroidery, HTV vinyl, screen print or DTG printing. 

Upload the print ready artwork for each location you want decorated on the product page. Add special instructions, pantone color codes and image dimensions in the notes section if necessary. 

Once the order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email from Premium Client Support with an introduction to your dedicated Arena Account Manager. Your Account Manager will confirm any missing details regarding colors, sizing, placement and the type of application that will work best for your image.

Arena will provide a digital mock up approval prior to starting production within 3-4 days after order confirmation. Digital mock ups are set to scale. You will be able to confirm or modify the sizing, placement and colors of the image. Digital mockups are provided free of charge.

If preferred, a physical embroidery or print samples can be purchased. Your Account Manager will send hi-resolution photos of the embroidery or vinyl sample staged on the apparel item you purchased allowing you to confidently confirm sizing and placement. The cost of each physical sample starts at $10 and can scale in price depending on the total number of stitches your image requires. 

When Arena receives your approval confirmation, your order will be moved to the queue. Final production will take 2-3 days after the mock up or sample is approved.
