How many sample revisions do I get?

Unless a physical embroidery or print sample is requested, Arena will provide a digital mock up of your image staged on the selected apparel item. Digital mock ups are set to scale. You will be able to confirm or adjust both the sizing and placement. 

Thread colors are pulled directly from your supplied art file. If you need an exact pantone color, send us the color code from the reference link below. Look for the "Isacord Digital Colour Card" link below the "Colour Cards" section header here:

If a new or replacement design is needed, the process will start over and new setup and customization fees will apply. 

Arena will provide as many digital sample revisions as needed free of charge.
