A Tip Before Using Plastisol Inks
Plastisol inks are thicker than water based inks- especially white plastisol. Before using any plastisol ink, make sure to mix it to the point where its consistency is 'creamy' in texture. If you try to print without mixing the ink to a smooth, even texture, you will have trouble pulling the ink through the mesh. To mix plastisol ink, simply use a wooden stir stick.
For smaller amounts (pints, quarts) a stir stick or knife will be fine. Larger buckets of ink will require the use of a hand drill and mixing tool attachment. You can save and reuse any residual plastisol ink you have scraped from the frames you are planning to store.
