Print Wheels, Table Top Stations and DIY Setup

We highly recommend using professional printing equipment to help you achieve consistent results, especially for multiple color image burns. In this case, image alignment is critical and large quantity print runs always work best when the screens can be properly set and aligned. If you do not have a manual or automatic print wheel or table top station, make sure your garment is placed flat on the print surface and ensure that the item you are printing on will not slip or move when applying the ink. Some inks will require two or more pulls and the slightest bit of movement between pulls can create ghosting or blurred results.
